1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use Trezio.

Trezio is a digital platform that transforms physical spaces—primarily shopping malls, as well as museums and cultural venues—into gamified experiences through interactive scavenger hunts. The platform is owned and operated by FCTU SA, a company incorporated under Swiss law, with its registered office at 123 Route de Meyrin, 1219 Châtelaine, Geneva, Switzerland.

Trezio is available via our website (trezio.io), Android application, and iOS application (collectively, the "Platform").

By using Trezio, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
